What is best beef for grinding hamburgers?

I have got a meat grinder and was wanting to learn how to grind hamburger. What is the best choice of beer to use for a steak like taste? I was told beef short ribs and chuck work well but i do not know.If that is true do you grind them together or what? I am looking for options to use that turns out very good. Thanks
