I took some percocet will i pass my test ?

Will I pass my test for probation ? I took 10mg on Tuesday wen Thursday , Friday I took 30mg and saturday I took 30mg at ten pm and I had to piss at 3 pm Monday morning. I have take 60mg for more than a week straight many times and waited 60 to 72 hours and passed. Basically I would be high sometimes on a late Saturday night 11 pm and piss on a Tuesday at 12 pm and pass everytime. I'm just worried that 40 hours isn't enough time for a perk 30 but I haven't been using for a while. Just recently I used some for four days. I drank a lot of water ate well and I am 165 pounds. Fast metabolism. Please someone help me
