Which would help more, vicodin, tramadol or Ativan...?

to help with percocet withdraw? I have fibromyalgia and currently take 10 mg of percocet a day and have been for the past 5 months but want to cut back and need to detox first; also take muscle relaxer and neurontin, will they help withdrawal?
