What causes sudden joint pain in hands, feet and knees?

Last night I noticed that my hands, knees and feet were all stiff and achy. I woke up this morning and it was no better. I'm a 30 year old female who has never had any major illnesses. I had my wisdom teeth out last monday and developed dry socket. I was on percocet and ibuprofen for over a week but just came off of the pain meds about three or four days ago. I couldn't see how but is there a chance its my body's reaction to coming off the pain meds? I almost never take medicine as I try to do things as hollistically as possible. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you.
