Why can't I brew Duncin' Donuts Coffee at home and have it taste like it does in their shops?

Right now I am drinking "Chock Full O' Nuts" in Tucson and it tastes like it does in the shops in Manhattan. But I can't do the same with Dunkin' Donuts Coffee. It just tastes flat. I really like it because it has a lot of bright "notes."
