Am i miscarrying????

I had unprotected. Sex about two weeks ago I've been getting all the pregnancy symptoms but today I started bleeding at first it was a brown color and now its turning red and I've been getting cramps as well no one knows I thought I was pregnant and I really don't want to go to the hospital if I don't have to but I'm really worried about what's goin on wit me.
