I'm 10 weeks pregnant and suddenly stopped feeling pregnant 2 days ago. Is this normal?

I haven't been to the doctor yet due to an insurance issue. I am not spotting. My lower back is sore but nothing more than usual. I have had one full term pregnancy, two chemical pregnancies (I think) but no official miscarriage. I know every pregnancy is different. With my first pregnancy I had morning sickness and pregnancy symptoms from my 8th week to the day I had her. I will be going to a doctor next month. I am just worried that I am miscarrying and don't know it yet. Thanks in advance for all advice.
