Was my mom right to call me a fat slob just because I weigh 350Ib?

I'm 21, 5'5 and weigh 350Ib. The reason I am so big is I hate exercise and eat mostly fast food because it tastes so delicious. Anyway, my mom asked me to clean the house while she was at work. I couldn't be bothered to get up and when she came home, I was still in bed. she stormed in my room shouting and called me a fat slob because I didn't do the cleaning. I'm so upset right now. Is she right?
