Got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled & afraid to take Percocet. Will I get sick?

This morning several hours ago I had all four wisdom teeth pulled. Typing this is taking a bit of effort because I'm getting sleepy and I'm about to get more rest. However feeling is returning to my lower jaw and my lips, and with it a throbbing pain. I read that Percocet can make you sick and I'm afraid to take it. I am already feeling a little nauseous; is vomiting a common side effect of Percocet? I have never taken it before and I'm really afraid to do so, but I'm also afraid that the pain from the procedure this morning will be horrendous if I do not take anything.
