Do you feel pain in your dreams?

I do most of the time. I've wrecked on motorcycles, fallen off cliffs, got bitten by dogs, and even got crushed by an elevator one time in a dream and I felt the pain. Not Physical pain but just a mental feeling of what I think or know it would feel like. I also smell, taste, and can feel things sometimes in my dreams. I've heard that this is rare but I almost always have these in my dreams.
