Is it safe to take these meds together?

i had a fish oil pill earlier, .5 ativan, 2 benadryls, ibuprofen, and i have anxiety/depression so i take lexapro 20 mg but im having severe jaw and head pain which i got percocet to try in past can i take the perc and lexapro together? i know i should ask doctors but its too late i need someones help
