Should cannibalism be a crime?

Well, you might not know this but, people do eat people...when the circumstances demand. Not so long ago a plane crashed in South America and the survivors ate those who were dead. It meant that they lived. However, respect for the dead defines us as human creatures. Cats and dogs and perhaps other animals also act like this when one of their kind dies. So, making hamburgers out of dead people is not to be advised.
