ANYONE KNOW IF THERE ARE PILLS TO HELP YOU GET A REGULAR PERIOD?

I AM SO IRREGULAR and i am thinking thats why its been so much harder to try and conceive my husband and i really want this but first i want to get my period flowing right... i have gotten pregnant once but due to so much stress before i had miscarried.. i hope some one can help me out... thank you for reading my question... hope you have a wonderful day!!!
