The signature room on the 95th or The Metropolitan Restaurant in Chicago?

Im going out for dinner with my boyfriend and was wondering which Restaurant has the better reasonable pricing good tasting food? I know they both have beautiful views of downtown chicago, but I'd like to know which is better with pros and cons! Please help! THANK YOU :)
