Pelvic twinges and diahreah. Could i be pregnant?

My last period started on 29th june. For the past week i have had twinges in my pelvis area. Not all the time just random times through the day. When i wiped after weeing the other day it was a slight shade of pink. I also have had diareah for a week or so. I was pregnant at the begining of the year and a few days after sex i ovulated and felt the same cramps and had diareah also and found out i was pregnant. I also as before have a white tacky substance in my pants too. Unfortinately i miscarried at 10 weeks so you can imagine my concern when i feel the same as before. Please can someone tell me if they feel the same.
