Light brow spotting during pregnancy?

ok gf is about 5 weeks pregnant last week she bled for two days went to hospital had test and u/s done baby was fine she had a urinary trac infection that was causing the bleeding but now this week the last two days she started spotting light brown she has only done it twice so far but does this mean she is miscarrying
