Leaving my boyfriend of 5yrs may ruin me financially.help!?

We've been thru it all and for 5 years. He cheated on me early on and Ive helped raise his 2 1/2 year old son conceived during this. Recently my bf was diagnosed with epilepsy. DUring the 1st seizure he broke his back in 4 places. His dr. prescribed him percocet which he became addicted to for a month. We sat down and talked and he agreed to quit. he has been able to manage the pain with advil. today he took a methadone pill. I am furious and this is the last straw. (theres a lot more to why im leaving btw) im going 250 mi away to live w/my mom in seattle. problem is, ive only completed 1 month on my 11mon lease. I have late bills from the power, water, cable, and phone. If I dont stick around so he'll help me pay, im afraid my bills will be sent to collections. ive set up payment plans with all of them so i dnt think they'll work with me anymore. also, ill be screwing over my landlord (my bf is not on the lease) Im sooo ready to go but dont want to be left with a huge debt??
