Another Opiote Question.?

So I posted earlier about switching from Vicodin to Percocet for major back issues due to multiple car accidents I've been involved in. Now, I'm a smoker, have been for years-but I've noticed when I take the opiotes such as vicodin or percocet I smoke WAY more...the drugs make me crave cigs like crazy..not exactly why...any ideas??
