Is this normal? Am I miscarrying?

I'm 8 weeks pregnant. And 2 days ago I was spotting brown blood. Yesterday it started to turn red but not enough to feel a pad. I had cramps at random times 2. Today the bleeding slowed down and I've been on bed rest. But it's still red and comes on the pad brown but it red when I wipe. If I misscarried I'd be devastated. I believe in God for a miracle. I'm going to er later just wanted some ideas. Thanks
