Do I need NA or rehab, and am I really an addict?

That's a tremendous amount of medication, Frankly, the doctor prescribing it to you should lose their license. You very likely have serious physical dependency on these meds and will need detox and rehab. You're killing your liver already: the longer you stay on these meds the more harm you will risk. I think you mother would be more upset with your death than with your rehab.
