Is lortab and percocet show up the same in drug tests?

Actually no. They are both opiates so if the test just screens for "opiates" then they will look the same. But many labs test for specific opiates. lortabs are hydrocodone and percocet is oxycodone and they can be discriminated on a urine test. So if you are prescribed one and using (abusing) the other, they can tell. So if that is your question, don't assume you are safe. DEpends what they test for.
