Help! Percocet is making me itchy, is there anything I can take to alleviate it?

I got some endocet prescribed for a horrific infection that I would rather not go into detail about. They are 5 mg of oxycodone and 325 mg of apap (acetaminophen). I seem to be having a minor allergic reaction to it, and it has made me really itchy and uncomfortably warm. I was thinking of taking either ibuprofen or some benadryll to help. Does anyone know if either of those can mix with the oxycodone or the acetaminophen?
